Order Fulfillment
Most but not all orders will ship first weekday after placement date. Closed weekends, holidays, and for as many as 9 to 13 days starting Dec. 23rd.

1 or 2 Weedays for CA, 3 for Western States, 4 Central. and 5 for East Coast.  Other shipping options are available

USPS Export Shipments
Allow 20 days for delivery.  No shipment tracking.  Quoted freight rates will be reduced prior to billing when product totals exceed $100. In some instances, payment of import duty may be required upon delivery.  

Return Policy
All returns must be Pre-Authorized.  Return requests must be submitted no more than two days from date of delivery. Items being returned must be in "New Conditon" and sutable for resale.  All related freight costs shall be borne by purchaser except for shipment errors attributable to Sexwax and defective product.  Depending upon the circumstances, a 10% restocking fee may apply.
