Q. What shipping carrier do you use?
A. For consumer orders we mainly use UPS (United Postal Services) and you can estimate the time it will take for your order to be received on their website. The shipping times can be estimated below from the time we ship out your order. Generally if an order is placed before 12pm Pacific, it will ship out the same day if all items are in stock. For international consumer orders, we will use USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking. For International Distributor orders and U.S. Retailers we may use other carriers.
Q. What form of payment can I use?
A. For online consumer orders made through this website, we accept credit card only.
Q. How do I return items from an order?
A. Please use our contact form so we can provide you with instructions for returns. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in unused condition and original packaging. We generally cannot accept returns on bars of wax as all orders go through a quality check before leaving the warehouse.
